Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix altogether and place in a buttered casserole dish (2-quart or larger).
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Before putting in oven, brush with melted butter or dot with butter.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
