Barbecued Trout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10 to 12 oz.) dressed rainbow or brook trout
    lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sherry
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Brush trout inside and out with lemon juice. Combine the lemon juice with the remaining ingredients. Place fish in a shallow glass dish.
    Pour marinade over fish and let stand for 1 hour. Place fish in well-greased hinged wire basket.
    Reserve marinade. Grill over flame at medium setting for 12 to 15 minutes, turning often and brushing frequently with the marinade.
