Spinach Even Kids Will Have(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen spinach
    2 or 3 strips bacon, chopped
    1/4 to 1/2 onion, chopped
    1/8 c. apple cider vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 to 1 c. water
    1 to 2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown onions and bacon until cooked.
    Then add vinegar and water and bring to a boil.
    Add salt and pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, then taste.
    If still sour, add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar until a mild flavor is achieved (not sweet or sour).
    Then to this, add the fresh or frozen spinach and cook until done or heated through.
    Serves 4.
