Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 to 1 c. milk
    dash of salt
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt in a bowl.
    Add water, a little at a time, whisking constantly.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Finally, add milk, stirring vigorously, until batter is smooth.
