Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 avocado, chopped and coated with lemon juice, salt and pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 jar Old El Paso hot taco sauce
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    chopped scallions to cover
Preparation
    In a clear glass bowl, layer ingredients in order given, ending with thin layer of scallions.
    Serve with corn chips or plain taco chips.
    Dig deep.
