Potatoes Chantilly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. whipping cream
salt and pepper
parsley flakes
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Peel and cut in thin slices as for French fries.
Place in center of a large piece of foil.
Pour whipping cream over potatoes.
Dot with butter, sprinkle on seasonings, parsley and cheese.
Fold foil over making tight package.
Place on shallow pan in oven for 40 minutes at 425\u00b0.
