Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. New York sharp cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. flour (plain)
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese and margarine.
    Mix with flour.
    Cut in one inch strips or rounds.
    Beat egg and brush each piece.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
