Pickled Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shelled oysters blanched
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. native onions, peeled and chopped
    3 to 5 peppercorns, crushed
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and let stand for 2 hours.
    Serve cold.
