Ham And Egg Piroshki(Little Russian Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped ham
    2 chopped, hard-boiled eggs
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. chopped dill
    sour cream
    prepared pie crust pastry
Preparation
    Cook onions in butter until wilted.
    Add ham, eggs, parsley, dill and sour cream to moisten.
    Roll out pastry thin and cut into 3-inch rounds.
    Put a spoonful of ham mixture on each round and moisten edges; fold and pinch edges together.
    Brush with beaten egg and bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven until brown.
    Makes 24 appetizers.
