Wasabi Tuna Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sesame oil
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sweet vermouth
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. tuna steaks
Preparation
    Whisk all ingredients together. Marinate tuna in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
    Grill to desired doneness.
    Serve with wasabi (horseradish).
