Tangy Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 (16 oz.) can peach slices
    3 bananas
    2 red apples
    blueberries or raspberries (optional)
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding (dry)
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. orange juice concentrate (do not dilute)
    3/4 c. cultured sour cream
Preparation
    Drain canned fruit well.
    Slice bananas; chop unpeeled apples and peaches into bite-sized pieces.
    Mix fruit gently; set aside. Combine dry pudding with milk, orange juice and sour cream.
    Beat with wire whisk until smooth (mixture will thicken).
    Fold fruit into sauce; stir well and chill.
