Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, crushed or sliced thin
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. sugar
1 can tomato sauce
1 can water
Preparation

Saute onion in olive oil.
Add garlic, oregano, basil, sugar, tomato sauce and water.
Bring to a boil, then simmer, uncovered, until thick, stirring often (about 1/2 hour or until desired thickness).
Cool.
Pour over dough in cookie sheet.
Top with your favorite pizza toppings.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
