Ingredients
    16 large cabbage leaves
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 c. cooked white rice
    2 eggs
    2 c. tomato soup (10 1/2 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
