Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. chopped apple (about 2 apples)
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar and eggs.
    Beat until fluffy (by hand).
    Add oil. Mix in dry ingredients.
    Add vanilla.
    Mix well and then add apples and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
