Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese (sliced)
    6 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook and drain the sausage.
    Mix well the eggs, sour cream, milk and seasonings.
    Pour over the sliced cheese in a 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with the cooked sausage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
