Marion Rowan'S Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 to 1 lb. cooked broccoli
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can mushroom soup
    12 to 15 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and mushrooms.
    Mix with rice, soup and sour cream.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 30 minutes.
    Use large Pyrex loaf pan or two 1-quart Corning Ware casseroles.
    Freezes well.
    A meal in a dish.
