Escalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. oysters
1 tsp. salt
1 c. fine cracker crumbs
4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Drain liquid from oysters and reserve.
Be sure oysters are free from shell or sand.
Place 1 layer of oysters in large baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and cover with a layer of crumbs. Repeat with another layer of oysters, salt and crumbs.
Dot with butter.
