Numero Uno Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
    3/4 c. picante sauce
    1 packet taco seasoning
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
    salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack and/or Cheddar)
Preparation
    Shells are used if serving escargot on stainless steel plates. If ceramic escargot plates are used, no shells or tongs are required.
    And, if you're like me and don't have the fancy ceramic escargot plates or shells, use muffin tins.
