Breakfast Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices bread
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. mild pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    The night before, break bread into cube-size pieces.
    Beat together eggs and milk.
    Add bread cubes and allow to soak.
    Cook sausage and drain well.
    Lightly greased 11 x 7-inch glass baking dish.
    Layer sausage and cheese in pan.
    Pour egg mixture on top and mix gently.
    Refrigerate overnight.
