Cauliflower And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    2 to 3 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour (4 for extra thickness)
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes.
    Cut cauliflower coarsely.
    Cook together in just enough water to cover.
    Saute onion and garlic in butter until onion is transparent.
    Gradually add flour to the butter and onions.
    Stir until pasty, over low heat.
    Add milk, stirring constantly.
    Heat until mixture thickens.
