Breakfast Specials - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    white bread slices
    1/2 to 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. sausage
    8 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer white bread slices in an oblong casserole dish (3-quart).
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Layer on top of bread; then layer cheese.
    Mix together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
    Pour over the top of sausage and cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until lightly browned and firm.
