Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 jars baby food plums
1 oz. red food coloring
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all together for 5 minutes. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
