Thaxton Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pork roast
    1 small beef roast
    2 small onions, sliced
    2 to 3 small potatoes, sliced
    tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Boil pork and beef roasts until tender; cool, then slice. Layer roasts, potatoes and onions.
    Cover with broth and tomato juice.
    Season to taste with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Bake at 400\u00b0 until potatoes are done.
    Serve with homemade biscuits.
