June'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 chicken breast strips
    1 small onion
    1 small bell pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Brown chicken just enough to get rid of pinkness.
    Add onion and bell pepper.
    Cover and cook about 15 minutes (may need to add 1/4 cup water).
    Add chicken soup and 1/2 can of water.
    Cover and cook about 10 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
