Chile Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 11 oz. Can Whole Green Chiles (Rinsed)
    1 1/2 lbs. Monterey Jack Cheese (Grated)
    4 Eggs Slightly Beaten
    1/2 c. Milk
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
Preparation
    1. Line bottom of lightly greased 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish or casserole with 1/2 chiles. 2. Sprinkle 1/2 the grated cheese over chilies.
    Top with remaining chilies.
    Sprinkle the remaining cheese. 3. Combine eggs with milk & seasoning.
    Pour over chilies, cheese in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30-35 minutes or till lightly brown. 4. Cool 5 minutes before cutting into squares. Serves 6
