Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 medium sliced zucchini
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. beef broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Add carrots to oil, heated.
    Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Add thinly sliced zucchini and ground beef.
    Stir-fry for 3 minutes. Combine beef broth, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce and ginger. Add to hot mixture and heat to boiling, stirring.
    One-half teaspoon salt may be added, if desired.
    May be served over rice. Serves 4 or 5.
