Pork And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 package pork chops or other lean pork, cut into chunks
    4 large potatoes
    1 large onion
    1 12 oz can tomato sauce
    1 6-9 oz jar Ortega Salsa or Pace Picante Sauce (add a few Tbsp of hot Pace or Salsa Ranchera)
    butter
    crushed garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cut pork into bite size pieces and brown in butter with crushed garlic. Add more butter and saute onions.
