Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins, plumped in hot water then squeezed dry
    2 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, separated
    1 cooked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and add sour cream, flour and sugar.
    Cook over double boiler until thick.
    Add vanilla and raisins.
    Pour into cooked pie shell.
    Make meringue from the 3 egg whites and spread over pie, sealing edges.
    Cook at 425 degrees until meringue browns.
