Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding (instant)
1 can crushed pineapple in natural juices
12 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine pudding mix with pineapple and juice with a wire whisk or mixer until all ingredients are well blended.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Refrigerate for 5 minutes (dessert will be soft set).
