Swedish Brown Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. Grandma's molasses
    2 1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    7 c. flour
    1 egg white, beaten
Preparation
    Mix yeast in small amount of warm water; set aside.
    Mix water, molasses, sugar, oil and salt together.
    Stir in flour. Add yeast mixture.
    Stir in well.
    Add egg white and fold in well. Let rise until double in size.
    Knead.
    Shape into loaves.
    Place in well-greased loaf pans.
    Grease top of loaf.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done and brown.
    Great warm with butter.
