Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. almond extract
candied cherry halves
Preparation

Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt.
Stir in whites and extract.
Mix well.
Drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased sheets.
Place cherry half on each.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are golden.
Remove from sheet immediately. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
