Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head lettuce, torn into pieces
    1 head cauliflower, broken into pieces
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Bac*Os
    3 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place lettuce in bowl; add cauliflower.
    Spread mayonnaise evenly over the cauliflower.
    Add sugar (sprinkle), onion and cheese (also sprinkled on top).
    Refrigerate overnight (6 to 8 hours).
    Toss.
    Add Bac*Os and serve.
