Tomato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole grain biscuit mix
    1 c. mixed vegetable juice (like V-8)
    1/4 c. safflower oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil, parsley, cilantro or oregano
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into 2-inch rounds.
    Transfer biscuits to a lightly greased baking sheet.
    Sprinkle fresh herbs on top and bake 10 minutes, just until edges begin to brown.
