Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 6 slices
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles, drained
2 c. crushed Cheddar cheese crackers
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Preparation

Place chicken on waxed paper and pound to flatten.
Place one slice of Monterey Jack and 1 tablespoon of chiles on each breast; wrap breasts around filling and secure with a toothpick.
