Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    salt to taste
    celery seed to taste (preferably a lot)
    2 c. mayonnaise (more or less)
    1 small onion, diced small
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
    Boil until done (soft).
    Do not overcook.
    Let cool.
    Add mayonnaise, eggs, onion and other spices.
    Serve.
