Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. diced chicken or 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    1 can Herdez green chili sauce
    1 doz. flour tortillas
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. chicken stock
    1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken in a light amount of oil or chicken stock until it changes color. Drain liquid or oil and put back in pan.
    Now add Ro-Tel and cook chicken until nice and tender.
    The ground beef will be similar except let cook in its own juice until nice and brown.
    Drain.
    Add Ro-Tel and cook a few minutes.
