Parsley Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. extra long grain rice
    1 can chicken or beef broth
    1/4 c. butter
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Pour rice into glass 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Add water to chicken broth to make 2 cups.
    Pour into saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in butter until melted.
    Pour over rice.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, about 30 minutes.
    Stir in salt and parsley.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
    Serve at once.
