Texas Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 (4 oz.) cans chili peppers
6 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Put Monterey Jack cheese in bottom. Cut seeds and veins out of chili peppers.
Lay on top of cheese (chop up peppers).
Put Cheddar cheese on this.
Beat eggs; pour on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
