Baked Rice Pudding Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. water
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    enough milk to cover rice
Preparation
    Cook rice in salted water until tender.
    Beat eggs with a spoon.
    Add
    sugar and milk to eggs.
    Put all ingredients in a casserole
    placed
    in
    a
    pan
    of water.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until done. It will test done when a knife, inserted in the middle, comes out clean.
