Zesty Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 avocados, halved and peeled
    2 green onions
    1 small cucumber, seeded and chopped
    1 ripe tomato, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro
    1 lemon
    salt and pepper to taste
    red pepper flakes to taste
Preparation
    Combine the green onions, cucumber, tomato, garlic and cilantro until well mixed. Chop the avocados into small pieces and gently combine with vegetable mixture. Squeeze lemon into mixture and season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Refrigerate with the avocado bits placed in the bowl until serving (this helps prevent the guacamole from turning brown).
