Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. macaroni, cooked about 9 minutes
3 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1 Tbsp. pimentos
6 stuffed olives, cut in thirds
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Melt butter in a large casserole.
Add onion, celery and green pepper and cook on low heat until tender, but not browned.
Add soup, milk and cheese and heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
Stir in drained and flaked tuna, olives, pimentos and mushrooms.
Add the noodles and stir until well mixed and no more.
Place in a 2-quart casserole.
Top with corn flakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
