Ingredients

2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar or honey
2 c. plain or vanilla yogurt
Preparation

Cook blueberries and honey together for about 4 minutes; cool completely.
Place blueberry mixture in a food processor; process until thoroughly blended.
Fold in yogurt.
Freeze, then process again if smoother texture is desired.
Refreeze.
Makes 4 servings.
