Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Put yolks in a greased 1 1/2-quart bowl and beat.
Add all other ingredients.
Fold in egg whites last; dot with butter.
Bake for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
