Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. finely chopped apples
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs and oil.
    Sift ingredients and add to first mixture.
    Then add nuts and apples.
    (May have to mix by hand.) Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a Bundt pan.
