Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 1 1/4-inch pie plate.
Beat all ingredients until smooth, 30 seconds in blender or 1 minute by hand mixer.
Pour into pie plate.
