Baked Cod Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cod fillets
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves
    4 whole cloves
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. butter or imitation butter flavoring
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Sprinkle fish fillets with salt and pepper.
    Combine remaining ingredients and slowly pour over fish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
    Serves 2.
