Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    3/4 c. blueberries
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream
    shortening and sugar together.
    Add eggs and mix well. Mix

    1/2
    cups flour with remaining dry ingredients. Sift together.
    Add
    alternately with milk and first mixture. Mix blueberries
    with remaining flour and fold in.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
