Crabmeat Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh crabmeat
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
    1/2 onion, grated
    garlic salt to taste
    2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese with onion, garlic salt and enough milk to soften.
    Fold in crab meat and mound on plate.
    Place Ritz crackers around plate.
