Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
tomato, green pepper and grated cheese, extra fine
corn taco chips
Preparation

To each pound of cabbage, add 2 teaspoons of salt.
Mix thoroughly, only 4 to 6 pounds at a time.
Mix good and pack tightly in jars.
Put lids on loosely.
Put in plastic or enamel containers to ferment.
Set in a cool place for 10 days, then make a brine of 2 tablespoons of salt to 1 quart of water and refill jars.
Wash lids good so they will seal.
Fill jars so they are full.
Process 30 minutes.
