Curry Dip For Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. real mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. tarragon vinegar
1 tsp. cream-style horseradish
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate at least an hour to blend flavors.
This is good with carrot and celery sticks, cauliflower, broccoli, cucumbers and apple slices that have been dipped in lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
Low-fat or light (lite) mayonnaise may be used.
This will keep in the refrigerator several weeks.
